you can dress these up or down. I wear them with jeans and also with nicer outfits. optional back band if you prefer. not heavy at all, very lightweight. will buy these in brown also because they won't go out of style.
I’ve owned several pairs of Dr. Scholl’s shoes over the years and have always had great experiences with their comfort and fit. Unfortunately, the Women’s Chill Time Mule was a major letdown. The material is extremely stiff—so rigid it feels like walking with cardboard wrapped around my feet. After just a short time wearing them, I ended up with blisters, which has never happened with this brand before.I expected the same cushioned comfort Dr. Scholl’s is known for, but these fell far below that standard. Even after trying to break them in, they remained uncomfortable and inflexible. For such a reputable brand, this pair feels poorly designed and cheaply made. Sadly, this is one style I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re looking for the comfort and support Dr. Scholl’s usually delivers.
I bought a US 7 women, in color black, they fit to size, they are light, soft, the texture of the insole and outside are nice to the touch. Just wore them for an entire day, they are convenient and comfortable. Description does not mention if the strap is functional, which I found out it works when they arrived . The only downside is that the strap is too short, the Velcro loop barely connects to the Velcro hook around my ankle, less than half an inch overlaps. I like using the strap on my shoes when I drive so my suggestion is to extend the velcro all around the strap or if you don’t mind this inconvenience, the shoes are really comfortable and nice to wear.

To me they run big but if you have a wide/big foot that true to size. I wear a 8 and could have size down. Seem comfortable I have only wore them 1x. Light weight.
Very uncomfortable, especially for a Dr. Scholl’s shoe.
