Perfect with the updated buckle instead of Velcro!
I am plus size, have plantar fasciitis and need solid arch support. I also need a shoe that allows for some swelling from sitting at a desk all day but wide shoes are too wide. These are absolutely perfect! I bought the black pair a few months ago but they unfortunately had the terrible Velcro straps so I returned them. I read the newer version has the adjustable buckle so I bought the burgundy pair. I love them!! So comfortable out of the box and they actually stay on my feet. I will definitely be buying the black pair again once the buckle situation is updated.

Cute but unsafe !
What a bummer. . These shoes were absolutely adorable and the fit was fantastic. . The problem was you could not take a single step without the strap popping open . The Velcro was so completely useless . It’s a shame becuase they came up with a great looking shoe but it was straight up dangerous ! .

Good luck securing the straps
I didn’t realize when I purchased these shoes that they had the smallest, weakest and most inconvenient little strips of Velcro that they expected to “secure” the straps. I ended up trying to attach clips, which also failed, and snaps, which again failed to secure the straps… since I had at this point, poked many holes in the straps trying to find a way to secure them while wearing, I couldn’t return them…so I ended up sewing the straps to the shoes. They can’t be adjusted but they are now secure… but my tenacity and unwillingness to send them back when confronted with their terrible design choices is mine to deal with. My two stars is totally related to the inability to secure the straps because of the ridiculous Velcro. I expected more from the brand, especially considering the age of the company.

Comfortable and stylish
These are really cute, stylish and comfortable. They no longer have the velcro strap, as described in other reviews, they have an actual buckle. I typically wear a size 8 and I bought an 8 and replaced the insole with an orthotic. They still feel a little large on me.

I loved these shoes at first. After wearing them three times, the Velcro no longer sticks. I was so upset that the return window closed because I just started wearing them and I bought a second pair in brown. These shoes are unwearable. I’m so disappointed.
