Didn’t fit right, but excellent customer service!
These boots are even cuter in person than in the pictures. They feel soft and warm inside and seem well-made. BUT, my 5 year old has thicker calves and we could barely zip them up. They were just too tight and I had to return them. I haven’t had this problem with other brands we’ve bought. It’s too bad because they are adorable!Update: The company reached out to me and went above and beyond to make sure we received boots that fit well. I’d certainly buy from them again and I updated my rating to reflect this.

Well worth your money
These boots are an absolute great choice for my 8 year old granddaughter. She wears a 13-1 shoe/sneaker. I bought size 2 and they fit and kept her feet dry and warm. We live in Massachusetts where we have already have had snow and cold temperatures that have been 0-20 degrees. She played in the snow several hours each time. I highly recommend these boots. They arrived in 2 days and are beautiful and the quality is excellent.

The only snow boots I buy for my kids
I've been buying these snow boots in black since my oldest child was a size twelve. She wears adult Dream Pairs snow boots now so I pretty much bought her a pair each year, but only because she outgrew them, not because they wore out. In fact, most pairs were handed down to her sister and most even made it to their brother so overall an excellent deal for the money. Hand-me-down quality is great when you have three kids. I bought the black since it's unisex. Only once did I have an issue with the bungee cord losing it's elasticity and I had to buy a new pair for my second daughter because it became a tripping hazard. Otherwise, these have held up great and I've even been able to donate them once all three kids outgrew them. They are really warm, waterproof, true to size (go the half size up if your in between sizes), super easy to get on and off, and I'm told by my children, very comfortable. Dream Pairs are indeed a dream pair!

Boots are Cute but Too Big
I got the wrong size but I needed a bigger fit asap. And her last shoes size is 13 so the next size up is 1. So that's what I got. But they almost touch her knees and look huge she take them off easily. So not sure what size she is. These might be cut bigger so she may be in a 13 for these boots are usually cut different from shoes so idk. But um these are definitely waterproof on the outside. Zipper is fine. I'm keeping these. They came late on delivery being USPS was involved. My area's USPS is probably the worst or one of the worst post offices in the country so I won't be ordering anymore from the companies that choose USPS to deliver they will be getting immediate cancellations. Don't use USPS if you can help it for packages they are garbage workers and you can't do anything about it because they aren't funded by the government. Smh. Theboots are good.

Fit and wears great
Fits a 6 year old very energetic little girl always playing outside!! She's been in snow, ice and believe it or not mud!! Since off nicely and keep her feet warm and dry. After a week they look in great shape concidedering she never takes them off unless she is going to bed. We did spray with water proof spray for extra precaution.

High quality, soft and warm inside
Great quality boot! Reminds me of my Sorel boots. My daughter is a size 1.5 now and the size 2 for her great and I think they'll fit next winter too. Very warm, beautiful color and"cool" looking. We will buy the next size up when needed.
