Gorgeous special occasion shoe- will buy again!
These shoes are beautiful. I ordered the ivory and they are sweet and classic and very dressy. You would seriously think they were far more expensive than they are. They come very well packaged, and they are extremely well made especially when you consider the price. I got them for my 4 year old daughter to wear in a wedding, and she got many many complements. The color range is fantastic for matching any outfit. I will absolutely be buying these again for any special occasion. My only warnings would be these:1) they run slightly small. My daughter wears a 9, we ordered a 9 and they fit comfortably, but in a month that might not be the case. So if your child is between sizes, size up.2) if you get the lighter colors of satin realize that they will stain a little. The wedding my daughter was in was on a lush lawn and the pictures were in the woods/grass. There is some staining along the sole of the shoe where the satin picked up green from the grass. I am sure this wouldn't be a problem for darker colors. For the price and how stunning they looked I was fine only getting one wear out of them for a special event.

These shoes were perfect for my daughter's Alice in Wonderland costume. For the price I didn't expect Stride Rite but I have to say WOW. They have kept up so well. I have read other reviews about them not lasting and I have to say that much be the way the child "wears them" because my 2 1/2 year old wore them all night walking at Disney World without an issue (7 hours). I would have been happy if they were trashed after that but they weren't. She never sat in the stroller and there wasn't a scratch. She wore them for trick or treating, still look great! So she has been wearing them on and off for 4 months and they still look good. I am very happy and I will definitely buy this brand again. They fit true to size as well. I purchased a 9 and a 10 to try and the 9 was perfect and is just starting to get too small.

Long and narrow
These are really pretty but this style of shoe always seems too long for the size advertised. I ordered my daughter's normal size and her feet just pop right out. They are a bit narrow so we'll see if they fit once her feet grow some more.

A very appealing Shoe for a Little Girl
I bought these shoes for a 9 year old granddaughter, and she was immediately enchanted with them. She announced that her name was now Dorothy, and I took on the role of the tin man.The shoes are cute, but likely need to be limited to school, parties or other indoor events. With the fabric covering, I don't think they would hold up well on the playground. I am pleased with the purchase and would buy them again.

Cute for short term use
These are really cute however we ordered white and these are definitely a cream color satin look. They look almost dirty but it is just the color of them. They are very slim and for us the size 1 was not an accurate size 1, they are on the smaller size. You can see and feel where the parts were joined together and glued. They do come in a cute little bag to keep them protected and clean. Not sure about the slip resistance but they look like they should be ok.
