I spent a year walking around S. Korea in heels and boots, spent many more in the beauty industry and my whole life running for sport so I have experience with my feet in shoes...these are golden for me.Ordered 8.5 and they fit well, not uncomfortable for long periods and adjustable for my smaller ankles. They were grippy and flexed well going into an incline while walking. My feet did not slide as I walked downhill so my toes stayed within the sandaled heel. I’ve worn these heels a few times and they are very, very comfortable and easy to walk in!! Stylish, sexy, and the heel height is perfect. I wear a 7.5 and these are true to size. The band across the toes is a bit snug, so beware. It is stretching out which makes the shoes easier to get on my feet. They seem to be holding up well so far. I will be ordering more colors. The nude is a nude color, no strange hues.
