Nice and cushy boot
These boots are very comfortable and roomy. They are true too size. I usually by size ten since I like wearing thick socks. It was 33 degrees this morning at my out door job. My steal toes boots probably would have given me cold feet but these seemed pretty warm. They’re easy to put on and folding them makes them look more cute

YES!
The boots arrived and two days later we were below zero for a couple of days...love the boots! I wear a 7 1/2 women's, ordered an 8. Perfect, roomy fit even with wool socks. I am able to walk the dog, clean out the horse shelter, haul water and hay, with dry warm feet. After two hours of sub zero my feet were fine. I am 71 and appreciate the ease of putting these boots on and off (they are the shorter boot)...and the great tread on icy, snowy surfaces. They are worth the price. I do think if I am going to be out for longer than two hours in -20 I might bring along some hand and toe warmers, just in case :-)

Better than Mucks!
I have owned various styles of Muck boots over the years primarily for walking my doggies. When my last pair of “artic” Muck boots split at the top after three years of winter wear, I decided to try Dryshod at the recommendation of my doggie walking buddy. I was bemoaning my opinion that Muck boots seemed to have declined in quality over the years. They look and feel super rugged and tough for any winter conditions. As soon as I got them, I put them on to walk my dogs. The Fingerlakes region has had “artic” conditions recently with daytime temperatures in the low teens and about 6 inches of snow. The boots are easy to slip on although the diameter at the top is a bit smaller than Mucks. I have very muscular calves and would like them a bit wider but not a big deal. I also would have liked the height a bit higher (like Mucks) on my calves but also not a deal breaker. The tread on the bottom are impressive! I felt very secure in the snow and ice. I walked my dogs for about an hour and my feet were toasty warm. I’m not sure how thy would be in colder temperatures or while just standing watching my son play hockey but for light to medium activities like walking in snow with temperatures in the teens, they are perfect!

Snug fit
These boots are made stout. They fit snug. I wear a size 6 and they fit like a glove. No room for insulated socks at all. Will seeif they keep my feet warm in the negative Temps. They are comfy. Also want to see how the handle the ice. No half sizes offered.

Finally, a real boot!
I was so happy to get these boots, I live on a farm and really put the miles in on boots. After sticking with the same brand of barn boots for decades the last 2 pair didnt last for 2 yrs, and they were no longer keeping my feet warm and the cushioning was flat. I was told about this brand, this is the Arctic boot I remeber! We just had snow and ice and the traction and insulation was great, my feet havent been wet after several hours of chores in the snow either. Great traction in the snow.Only comment is sizing, I rounded up and they fit just a little narrow, luckily thin socks keep my feet plenty warm.

Highly recommend
These boots are fantastic. Have worn only as low as the 30s so far but kept my feet warm. Able to wear a mid weight wool sock with a toe warmer and still have room for heat to circulate. Great arch support. Submerged my feet in puddles and completely waterproof. A little heavy but these boots are a beast so the trade-off is good. I’m a size 6 and purchased the same size.
