Much Better Than Muck Boots

I have had these boots for quite a while now and I really like them. They fit great and are very well made. I wear these around the farm and they are very comfortable. Like any rubber/neoprene boot they are hot so in the summer they only get used to go in the animal pens and the creek. So far they have outlasted my Muck and Rocky boots. With a good pair of wool socks they are pretty warm in the winter months as well. I highly recommend these boots.

Recommended!

These are great boots. It took years for my first pair to start leaking and I still use them except for wading. New ones are exact replacement for farm work, gardening, and short hikes. Add a cut-to-fit insert for extra support.

Great boots, dry and warm, sizing runs large.

Very good boots, keep my feet dry and warm. Sizing runs large. I initially ordered size 15, the same as my running shoe size. They were too big, super easy return with Whole Foods drop-off. Ordered a pair size 14, they are still a little large, especially in the heel but fit nicely elsewhere. Would still highly recommend these boots!

Very warm, even in below freezing temperatures

My husband loves these. I have had a pair for about a year with no issues so I ordered him some as well. They are warm enough you really don’t need insulated socks. Very durable and seem even more well made than “Muck” brand.

So long Muck boots

I’ve worn muck boots (chores) for 10 years and haven’t found a better rubber boot until now. I work on a hog and grain farm and are in these boots upwards of 8 to 10 hours a day. Compared to the muck chores my feet are less fatigued at the end of the day and much dryer. The haymakers cup your heal so there is less movement when walking and the insoles are pretty comfortable for all day wear. I’ve had the opportunity to test these in snow, mud, and even ice and the tread is great. Doesn’t collect mud and has really good traction on ice. These boots breath very well keeping your feet from sweating as much. Have kept my feet warm in -20 degree weather. I’d be lucky to get 6 months out of my muck boots but the quality of the Dryshod boots is far better so I have faith that they will last much longer. Sizing is equivalent to muck boots but the dryshods do hug your foot a bit more for better support. Overall I’m very impressed with these boots and can’t speak highly enough of them. I hope this helps anyone looking into buying these boots. Do your feet a favor and buy these over other brands, you’ll be glad you did!

Ripped open both sides within a few months, wore through lining in jsut a few weeks. Awful quality.

Update:After a few more weeks of wear the boots split open on both sides. This is atrocious quality. I paid over 150 dollars for a pair of boots that are just as bad as a 50 dollar pair of Chinese knockoffs. At least the Chinese companies honor their warranty, and will replace or give you your money back. Avoid.Original review:So far I'm in about 4 weeks wearing these boots. I bought them at around150 dollars which is twice what I have been paying, but a 80 dollars boot only last about 3-6 weeks before leaking.. these haymakers do not leak, YET, but I'm probably a week or two away from them doing so. The inside lining has worn though on the ankle and is wearing through the 'rubber' of the boot itself. It's a out half way though the rubber at this point. The boots seem sturdy, if not the most comfortable. Plenty of rood for my wide feet in the 'tow box' area, and the length is a good fit. They are snug elsewhere as a boot overall . They show very little wear on the exterior (good). No punctures or splits (also good). The wear is coming from inside the boot. I thought I'd get more than this from a 150 dollar boot. 2-3 weeks to wear though lining, another 2-3 weeks before wear though the rubber iof the boot itself
