Got these and immediately hit the river. They fit well, seem like great quality and had good grip on rocks. I’m a beginner at fly fishing, so while my experience with other boots is limited, I can say I couldn’t be happier with this affordable pair, as theykept me warm, comfortable, and on my feet!
Used about 10 times and the sole started coming undone. Got me through rivers, lakes and even surf though. If you want to try wading these are a decent start. If you like it you'll upgrade to a nicer pair after a year anyways
If you wear a 1/2 size, the next size up should fit well in stocking foot waders even when wearing thick socks (e.g., if you wear a 9 1/2, order a 10) . If you wear a full size, you may want to order the next size up unless you will not wear socks, or will wear thin socks, in your waders.I wear a size 10 boot, so I took the advise of the seller (in one of the Reviews) and ordered a pair of size 10. The 10's were tight with just athletic socks in my waders, and wearing them with thick wool socks for an hour made my feet sore. I returned them for a size 11 which are a bit loose in athletic socks (but should not cause blisters unless I walk a long way) and are very comfortable in thick wool socks.
I use them for duck hunting. They are light and durable. Very comfortable and the fitting is on point. Easy to clean. Do not retain water, drain very effectively. Great value.
Terrible quality, entire sole of the boot peeled off, after just a handful of use
These were a gift for my son and he only got one use out of them. The sole fell off as he was walking back to shore. How does that even happen?! I tried all methods of contacting Duck and Fish and they won't get back to me.
After looking at some pricier options and comparing to amount of time in water I chose these....and I’m glad. Great boots. Early on, but been in water for about 4 hours and been a great boot.
