Worth every cent!
My husband is a diabetic and his feet swell up as the day goes along. These sandals with velcro are an answer to prayer. First, they are a well-made shoe. Quality is in every stitch. He can adjust the velcro as his feet swell during the day. In addition, the inner sole is pure comfort and holds his foot in place. Trying to find a size 12 W was not easy, but this 12 W fits perfect. We tried two other brands of sandals from Zappos/Amazon and they did not work. Both pairs were returned with no problem. This third pair we tried was exactly what we needed.

Comfortable and durable! My favorite shoe in the world!
As a woman with short, extraordinarily wide feet, I was hesitant to buy these sandals. But, due to plantar fasciitis, I needed something. Unfortunately, the only size Amazon had in my width was 2 inches longer than I needed. But, in the end, it didn’t matter. These are the only sandals in the world that fit my width. They are super comfy and well-padded. I wear them 18 hours a day, all day, every day. It’s been almost a year, and there is barely any wear or tear to the tread! It has held up remarkably well! The tread washes easily (like the times I’ve stepped on a wet noodle). The sandals accommodate the constant swelling and un-swelling size changes of my feet due to injury. And, despite being a sandal, they seem to support my ankles just fine. I truly can’t recommend these enough!!!!

these are nice, comfortable, but run large. I usually wear an 8, but these were swimming. Could have used 7 or 7.5, but 8 was the smallest size.

A different version, but similar issues
These leather slides arrived with both toe sections of the sole separating from the rest of the sandal. I had purchased the WF version of this slide (WaterFriendly) that had a synthetic straps as opposed to leather, and it had it's own issues: the sole material was peeling off after a few days of indoor use. It, as well as this leather version were returned to Amazon. Clearly there is an issue in the manufacturing that QC is not picking up. Both types were very comfortable, but OI'm done with these sandal.

Insole unglued from sole; known defect.
Hard to find shoes wide enough for my husband so I was willing to buy these pricey sandals. They fit and he was happy to know they could be adjusted if his feet swell. However, brand new out of the box and both insoles are separating from the sole near the front (toe) area. I just checked other reviews and this is a fairly common complaint so chances are reordering won’t solve the problem.
