Be sure and remove 3rd piece ( probably meant to keep shape during shipping)
I returned my 7.5 for an 8 because they were too tight. Well after trying the size 8s that came today and they were tight. I got to looking and there’s a 3rd piece you have to remove from the boot. A thin cardboard piece . Now the 8s are a little loose but socks can fill that gap. Long story short the 7.5s I returned would have probably fit perfect. Oops on my part . Cute boots . I haven’t worn them yet but will get a chance soon with colder weather coming .

2nd times the charm
These were the 2nd pair I ordered and they are perfect. The first pair had to be returned as there was a mark/ spot on one of the boots otherwise I would have given 5 ⭐️’s. TY & GOD BLESS!

Shoes tore after I wore them twice, company didn't care
I would give these shoes a zero of I could. Honestly, the comfort and look was good, but these shoes tore in the back (see photo) after I wore then once. I contacted the company, sent the photos, including photos of the soles of the shoes to show that they had barely been worn. However, they said 'since they had been worn already they could not process a return.' They offered me a 20 percent discount. I pointed out that i was not asking for a return, I was complaining about a defective product and the 20 percent discount was not meaningful, because something that you can only wear twice is still too expensive, even at a 20 percent discount. They did not respond. I purchased these shoes directly from Earth's website, and wrote a similarly scathing review, which of course they did not post and continue to award themselves five stars.
