SO comfortable! I have flat feet and I have an active job
I have been wearing these for almost 2 months and they are great!! I have flat, problematic feet and I am also overweight which adds to my foot pain in general. I actually haven't changed the insoles yet, which is unusual for me (that means even the insoles are comfy!). Honestly *no* shoe is going to leave my feel *completely* free of pain, but these aren't really noticeable in a good way. I just wear them, I feel like they are just a part of me, but still supportive. I work at a busy spa and I am always running back and forth with clients and cleaning, and they do not cause any pain! The bonus is I can kick them off while I'm working and slip them back on when I'm done with the service. I might actually see about getting a cute or rhinestone pair for when I'm not working.Overall, I have "poor foot structure" and these shoes do not cause pain, they really are comfortable. I usually have trouble finding shoes that do not cause pain, these are a winner! I HIGHLY recommend these!!!

But never have I ordered *any*, rejected by other customers' Returns- not by choice.Perhaps my vocabulary is limited (it's not) but, to me, "New" means never worn or tried on by limitless other people. Best walking shoes ever!
I love these shoes. I have worn out several pair and have two pair currently. They are so comfortable you can put them on right out of the box and walk the mall. I have wide feet across the balls of my feet and my toes but normal width every where else on my foot. It is hard to find shoes that don't hurt my toes when I walk and that stay on my foot.So many shoes I have tried are too wide for the rest of my foot when they fit the front. I know I can't be alone in this problem. So many wide shoes for women are wide at the heel and arch. This type flop off my feet in the back as I walk. this doesn't happen with any of the Easy Spirit shoes I have had.

Size 9.5 Wide fits like 9 Narrow
Like these Easy Spirit mules in the black patent, but the sizing is off. I ordered 9.5 Wide, which is one size up from the mules I already own, 9 Medium, per reviews of them running small. There is no way these are wide, and the length is not even what I would expect either, it is really closer to an 8.5. My big toe hits the end of the shoe. I did check the label to make sure and it does say 9.5W. So, they are getting sent back. I am going to give them another shot and go with 10 Wide. Would like to order some other styles of Easy Spirit but now I don't know if they all run that small or if it is just this one style.
