Beautiful and comfortable shoe

This is a beautiful shoe that I also found comfortable. Finding stylist shoes for my wide feet is challenging. The toe box is comfortable (others I tried would rub the side of my big toe when walking). The only problem for me was the strap. It is not adjustable and it gapped quite a bit with my flat feet, not holding my foot in the shoe. Folks with high arches may find the fit a bit less loose, but I still think the strap could be made smaller since the only adjustment is the short section of elastic ( or made with a buckle). I ended up cutting the strap by the elastic section and hand stitching it together again for a perfect fit for my foot. The shoe was subject to rainy weather, lots of dancing, and held up well.

ATTRACTIVE SHOES ... BUT...

I have purchased many Easy Street shoes. Have never had a problem. Needed dressy shoes for a Black Tie wedding. Tried on these shoes in the house several times before the wedding. They seemed fine. However, when wearing them for a full evening they were AWFUL! Thought the the strap over the top of my foot would hold the shoe in place. IT DID NOT!! There is not sufficient elastic to keep from walking out of the shoe. Just a terrible style which led to a very difficult evening. They look beautiful but the shoes simply DO NOT STAY ON YOUR FEET!! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GREAT EVENING!!! I have thrown them out. SAD EXPERIENCE AND SPOILED OUR TIME AT THE WEDDING!!!

I ordered size 6 narrow and perfect fit. I wear pantyhose and never barefoot in shoes so I don't get blisters. If you are prone to that then order half or one size up. I ordered TAUPE color and it was true to color not too yellow like kahki. I'm very happy with color since hard to find. I have high arch but the band over top of foot not too tight and also the reason I purchased this shoe since without that band I can't wear slingbacks. Heals and no slip sole all good. Wear for church and special events.

I have such a hard time finding comfortable shoes. I am a young mom of 4 little ones and it's hard to be nice, feel nice, AND look nice all at the same time! I'm so hesitant to order shoes online because I have very wide feet.I am truly impressed with this shoe. It's so comfortable, easy to walk in, and very classy.
