The all black is a good biz casual option
This is on my purchase of the version with a black upper with a black sole- no contrast. I had looked for this type of shoe and tried/returned some other brands. This version of Ecco fits me well and has a nice smooth appearance, a bit dressier with the leather look than a fabric look for the office or date night. Can dress up some jeans or khakis a bit but does not look over dressed. This was a good solution for an impending return to the office after a long long stint working from home; at the office there will still be a lot of jeans etc. worn but the bosses may have some expectation if clients are visiting you at the office that shoes look a step up from gym shoes.
