Comfort and durability. Best lacing system out there
This is my second pair of these shoes. My original pair I was using every day in the gym. I want to say they are 3 years old and the look great except for wear and tear on the bottom heal. Never had a problem with them. I decided I needed the extra bounce you get from new shoes. These are the most comfortable atelic shoes I have ever bought. The pull-quick tie feature on these shoes will spoil you forever. You will never want to go back to laces again. Pull the tie once and you never have to worry. Great arch support. I really noticed the difference when I switched shoes. I was having some foot pain that is going away with the new shoes. Should have bought them sooner.

Good and Bad
Love the shoe but do no love the pattern of the sole. Small rocks get wedged in the ribs on the sole and can damage hard wood floors. Must be careful when entering house from trips outside. Other than that complaint, these are some of the most comfortable shoes I own.

Always go with Ecco
These shoes never quit! I had them for over two years. The tread held together well and there was no loss of shoe integrity. I only threw them away because of a need to change styles. Truly great athletic shoes that last through workouts, hikes, and many off road adventures.

This is the worst pair of ECCO shoes I have ever purchased
This has been my worst shopping experience on Amazon. After just over a month of normal wear, the shoelace suddenly snapped while I was on my way to work, which was extremely embarrassing.I contacted Amazon customer service, and they told me to reach out to the ECCO official website. ECCO's website support said that shoelaces are not covered under warranty but suggested that I send them pictures for further evaluation. After reviewing the images, ECCO's customer service told me that I would have to purchase the shoelaces myself from their website.Now, after wearing these shoes for nearly six months, both shoelaces have snapped, and the right one has broken twice (even though I only run occasionally). This is the worst pair of ECCO shoes I have ever purchased, even though I really like this brand.By the way, these shoes are quite heavy and actually not very comfortable to wear.
