Thanks Amazon. What a difference between service at Ecco and Amazon. I purchased a pair of these from Ecco and had several problems with their customer service. The shoelaces were so long the bow would almost touch the floor and the insoles are not the quality the shoe is. Ecco customer service would not do anything about either problem, so I purchase another pair, since I think the shoe is great, from Amazon with the right length laces and quality insoles.

Extremely comfortable, frustrating laces
These are extremely comfortable and stylish shoes. My only issue is the laces loosen in a short time and come untied frequently. Proper laces would make these 100% perfect but 95% as is.

This Shoe has a Major Flaw
This shoe is well made, very well made, but it has a major flaw and should be avoided. There is no heal pocket at all, none. In fact, while walking, it is more akin to a flip flop than an sports shoe as the heal just pops out of it. I cannot grasp how or why this is, but this shoe has great potential but fails on the most basic of levels.
