Excellent product
These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. The sole and cleat design provide a very stable base. I am a 70 year old player who generally rides, but I do walk a few times a month. With other golf shoes I ave experienced aching feet after a round. With these shoes I do not experience any discomfort what so ever. Out of the box I noted that the laces seemed a little thin, and an odd lacing arrangement. I find that the laces do not slip (loosen) or come untied. During early morning rounds my feet stay dry. In hot weather my feet do not feel hot. It is important to understand that thes shoes are European made and sized. Having bought footwear in Europe I know my size is 43 (US size 9 to 9.5). These shoes do have a removable liner if you find they for a little too tight.

Cleat failure
The embeded receptacle for attachig spikes to this shoe failed after 2 months.I suspect original spike was improperly installed or “cross threaded” at factory, ruining the attachment and the shoe threading.Update October 2024:I submitted a warranty request to Ecco. Ecco honored the warranty and gave me a new pair of comparable shoes
