I love these shoes for business trips. Ecco shoes have no metal support so they make a great choice for getting through TSA checkpoints quickly at the airport. They do run big so I find myself getting US 9.5Ms when I usually wear US 10Ms so keep that in mind. So far I have 4 different of work and casual shoes from Ecco and the sizing runs consistently large. Solid quality and they hold up well through those long airport walks.

Work one time less than 60 minutes and the sewing on the show came apart. Called and was told had them to long to return them. Only had for 40 days and only wore one time. Waste of money.
This shoe is exceptional for its price. I tried 6 different similar shoes and only the Citytray looked AND felt PERFECT. The edge around your heel is comfortable whether walking or standing. The body sings up evenly when you pull the laces but always leaves your toes with the same room. The arc is slightly higher. The cushioning and traction are just right. I wear these once a week for a few hours and could not be happier.
I purchased these for my son who wears a size 10. They were way big. We ended up finding a store that sold these shoes so he could try them on. He took home a size 8.5.
These are like a whole size smaller than older Ecco similar model shoes. Also seems more narrow. This applies to size 11-11.5. The shoe looks very nice, but seems cheaper in quality compared to older similar models. The leather also seems more rubbery.
