Order 1-2 sizes smaller than usual

The shoes are very comfortable. On seeing previous reviews I ordered one and a half sizes smaller than I would normally wear and they fit well. Comfortable enough to walk around all day - the soles, inner padding and flexible outer all causing no foot rub. I like the slightly elevated heel - higher than usual for a sneaker.

These shoes are very comfortable. Got them for my husband for Christmas and ordered a 10.5 - 11 he wears a size 10. Shoes were too large. Ordered a 9-9.5 and they fit perfectly! Order a size smaller than what you wear.

These run huge and are not as comfortable as most of their other shoes

I wear at 12 to 12 1/2 in Reebok Nike and puma… In these I have to buy a 10 1/2They are OK for a day of getting up and sitting down all day at work, but they were not good for an evening at a home show standing for four hours. They do not have the support or comfort of most Ecco shoes.

At least 2 sizes larger than you would expect

When I opened the box with these shoes I was shocked. I ordered a size 44, which is supposed to be the equivalent to US size 10-10.5. The shoes were HUGE. They looked like shoes for a 7 foot tall basketball player. Just for fun I tried them on. I had about 2 1/2 inches of extra toe room and the arch support hit right on the ball of my foot. I understand that there is some variation in size between brands and even between different models of the same brand, but this was ridiculous. Ecco is supposed to be a premium brand. What kind of sloppy quality control would let something like this slip by. I was wondering if perhaps I got an oddball pair which had the wrong size assigned to it, but I see that other reviewers here have had the same experience I had. Shame on you Ecco.

WAY HUGE!!!

Their sizing reference is WAY off.These have come twice HUGE.I wear a 10.5 in almost everything so I bought the 10-10.5 which came as a euro 44.Then ordered the 9-9.5 which came as a 43.Returned those too hoping the 8-8.5 will actually be a 42.Good grief. The shoes are beautiful and hope I get to actually wear a pair someday.Will give a thorough review when that happens.Can't give them the stars they are probably deserving until then.
