Color Fading - but Great GOLF SHOES!!!
Ok So i did write a review PRAISING THESE SHOES - indeed they are super comfortable as well as being super waterproof. However, after only 6 months using them ( I play about 3 times per month - somethings 4) the color on the tip of the toe is FADING. The pair I have are dark blue - as the color fades the tip of the toe where it meets the sole is fading to off white. My theory is maybe as I live in very tropical wet climate that constant exposure to heavy morning dew and puddle of water on the course - the color is fading as the toe of the shoes takes the most abuse as far as rubbing wet grass and slopping through wet areas. This is disappointing for such an EXPENSIVE SHOE. I love how they feel - how they grip and how they look - aside from this flaw. Has anyone else seen such fading?

Bought these shoes as I walk a lot on the course rather than taking a cart. The shoe is comfortably made. Evidently my feet are a little wide because I did have to remove the insole for now as per the instructions of Ecco for a wider fit. With the insole removed the shoes are still very comfortable but my socks do stick a little while putting them on which I believe as they are worn that the inside liner will become more slick alleviating this. Also I feel the shoe will stretch some and has already loosened some with the first round enabling me to re-install the quality insole provided by Ecco. The shoes are a richer leather than cowhide and they do seem to breathe well. No problems on the grip on the course. And the three part soul does seem to do exactly as advertised with the foot being stabilized throughout the golf swing. Wasnt crazy about the lime green at first but after wearing them on the course, not too bad. I havent tried them in wet weather but fully expect them to perform as advertised- waterproof, and feel confident that they will grip in wet conditions. Looking forward to walking the next round in them, they feel more like a golf shoe than I have worn the last few years which have been more of the tennis shoe look. Feel confident on the course with these.

Wow!! I have a narrow foot and figured they would be too wide. NOT So!! I wear a size 9 so I ordered the 9-9.5. They fit perfect. Yesterday I played 18 holes of golf, the grass was wet and my feet never even got damp. I hated to take them off they were so comfy. A great shoe!!!!!! And they have a good arch support.

Best golf shoes
This is my 3rd pair of Ecco golf shoes and I will never buy another brand. Ecco golf shoes offer the most comfort and best fit. I normally wear a size 10, but the 9-9.5 (43) fit me perfectly.
