Decent quality as always
Great style and excellent quality from ECCO as always. My husband says these fit well and are comfortable, and I think they look stylish on him. He prefers dark colours, so these are perfect for him.

Great style and excellent quality from ECCO as always. My husband says these fit well and are comfortable, and I think they look stylish on him. He prefers dark colours, so these are perfect for him.
I bought these for walking because the asphalt in my local park can be very slippery when wet. Had another pair of Eccos that went out from under me on a section with texture. It was like stepping on an ice rink. These passed the test. It was still a touch slippery but I stuck. I also can walk on the grass, obviously, since these are golf shoes. They seem to breathe very well, were snug when laced but left my toes free to wiggle.A note on size, I have an 8.5-9 foot, Narrow. That is usually a 39.5N European. These are a 39 BUT they run a bit large on length. They lace tight enough and I like the extra toe space. I got white so I’ll see how the cleaning goes over time. I don’t have carpet but that could be an issue indoors, especially a SHAG OR DEEP PILE. I use indoor/outdoor mats throughout my house and these shoes are fine, no catching. After a week of 3 mi walks I’m still extremely pleased and will add that I LOVE THE LACES! Because my feet are narrow I need to lace tightly. I usually do a double knot but have floppy lace loops that come undone as I walk. These Laces are plump and so both comfortable and amazingly secure. They never loosen yet are easy to undo. They don’t slice my fingers like flat laces—I am a delicate flower. I want them for all my shoes.
I had another of these and I loved them. Very comfortable, waterproof, BOA, and look good. Couple of things that set these apart. They have a BOA which doesn't seem very popular here but I love them especially in a gold shoe. Slip in and tighten, or loosen or to get a rock or sand out is so much faster and easier and no laces is a game changer. If you have never used BOA's I recommend trying these for sure, I bet you switch over. The Boa is on the top, not sure if you have has other boa's with it on the back or side of the shoe, but it's awkward and a hassle, so having in on the top is a big deal I deal and much easier to tighten with and a better fit without having to contort yourself and foot while tightening, which defeats the purpose. I have usually have several pairs of shoes, many are white and I clean them all the time but I was determined to not get white this time and these blue ones look much cleaner for much longer. I wear a lot of blue clothing so it works well for me.
Super comfortable and keeps the feet dry! (Through 5 rounds of walking 18) Fits well and looks great. Loving these!
Update - Due to the leather staining my feet and ankles I returned these. Living in hot and wet climate may have contributed, but ultimately it's the dye in these shoes and I don't want to have to deal with blue stains on my skin.Original review below:As someone that walks multiple rounds a week I care a lot about quality golf shoes. They need to be comfortable and not cause issues such as blisters or sore feet. Waterproof shoes are a must for me, lots of rain and wet rounds where I live. The good-These Ecco shoes appear very high quality, better than similarly priced options from other manufacturers.-The leather and insert are soft and comfortable.-In the two rounds I've worn them, it seems they are waterproof.-Despite not having loops or tabs on the tongue or heel, they are easy to get in and out of. Just lift the BOA knob to unlock and they open nice and wide. The bad-For my size 8 feet, the 8-8.5 sizing is a bit too large. Even with the BOA system as tight as can be made, they are still loose.-Bigger issue, the leather dye used on the tongue of the shoe leaves a blue stain on my feet that resembles a bruise! No amount of scrubbing has removed it, only lessened it a little bit. With all that said, I'm going to try some inserts to improve the fit and hope the dye stops staining my feet. I needed new shoes and was looking forward to my first pair of BOA laced shoes.
These fit fine but fastening the shoes is a bit funky (like bicyclists shoes). The tops of the shoes crinkle when I walk, but they work and keep my feet dry and stable.
Nice color and wanna buy another pair.
