Tough, comfy boot
This is a great all season boot. The sizing is a little confusing as they quote between one size and the next, I chose my usual size which turned out to be a little generous length wise. Alas, even though I have room beyond my usual toe requirements, the boot fits super well, extra room ready plays out on down hill decent. The boot was heavier than I expected, but all to the good as this is a quality all terrain, sturdy and very comfortable. I replaced the insoles with my usual authopedic choice, but to be honest the originals are more than adequate if you don't have my flat feet. My tip would be don't be tempted to order over your nomay shoe size.

Great price for the quality
I can’t speak for long term durability, but I just finished a 2 weeks trip in the Swiss alps In these. The toe box is roomy, the soles have great grip in on even wet smooth stone, plenty of cushion in the sole. Ecco making me happy for another pair.

Very Comfortable and lightweight
My husband and I have been big fans of this brand, Ecco, for about 40 years. We both have gone through many hiking boots and sandals and they are our go-to shoe. We found these on Amazon and he LOVES them. They are lightweight enough for him to just wear around the neighborhood running errands but still sturdy enough to wear to his blue-collar job. He has a slightly wider foot and normally wears a Euro size 43-44 so we ordered the 10-10.5 and they were too big. So we exchanged for a 9-9.5. Which are almost perfect. Still a little extra room but good for thicker socks. To some, they may seem pricey, but you get what you pay for and we are more than happy to pay the price for them.

fits a 10
I have owned ECCO Track 25 High and they were great. However, over time they did separate where the leather and rubber sole come together. This Ultra Terrain Fits right for a 10C. Not as light as I would have liked (the rubber sole seems heavy); But it feels stable over rough terrain. I need ankle support but it feels good eventhough I do not use the highest eyelet. Wide heel support is a bit clunky, and at times one heel will touch the other shoe. That will take a little time to adjust my hiking gate. Like most reviews it is hard to really tell until many many miles have been travelled. The best review usually when you invest in another pair when the 1st is worn out !

I have worn many Ecco boots through the years. These are my favorite so far. Good fit. Solid construction. Feel like slippers.
