Comfort, style and reliable quality for many years. All Ecco shoes are wonderful, but this one is a perfect staple for any wardrobe. I also find their sizes to be consistent, so online ordering is never an issue.
I have nerve damage in my left foot, and pretty much gave up on wearing any heels. I bought these as a hail Mary for an event and was so pleasantly surprised. They are super comfortable have a timeless classy look. they go with dresses and pants. I love them. They were true to size for me, I wear an 8.5.
I love the simplicity of the shoe, but they are very narrow. I normally wear an 8 1/2, and ordered a 9 1/2 based on some reviews. The length was good, but they were too narrow.
Good quality and construction but they feel narrower than most ecco shoes I own ( and I own plenty, ecco being my favorite brand). I debated returning them and getting a size up but I am keeping them in the hope that they will eventually stretch sufficiently. Lovely color and very comfortable heel. Just the right height. If only the leather felt softer I would give them a five star rating.

As a flight attendant I need a shoe that I can wear all day. True to size fit. Great support. Loved the height of the heel.
The length and width perfect, soft to the foot and classy. Can be used casual that is with jeans or more dressy. I like this brand very much and highly recommend it.
