Haven't had a single blister after hiking in freshly purchased boots. They are extremely comfortable. However, they were noticeably more slippery than what my party wore that day as every wet/icy step on the trail was very difficult to walk on for me while others in the party were noticeably more steady on the ground. Even the wet asphalt slipped under my foot when I was getting off the car.

Comfortable fit. The sole is not so hard that I get concussions just be walking in it, and not too soft that I feel sinking. Good grip of floor even when it was raining or snowing.
These ECCO Women's Offroad Waterproof Mid Hiking Boot are working wonderfully. I have several Ecco sandles, high boots and low boots. I don't actually own any shoes. I wanted these boots for outside wear. The first time I put them on they felt like old friends. They are soft and comfortable. I like to purchase one to two pairs of Ecco's each year. This brand fits my feet so well.
