Absolutely THE BEST BOOT EVER!!!
Hands down, the VERY BEST and most comfortable, high-quality, good looking, durable and practical boot I've EVER OWNED. More comfortable than my so-called "athletic walking shoe". The Blundstone chelsea boot is my sworn enemy (and nearly had to be cut off my foot in the department store) and obviously, didn't do the job. To date, I've walked approximately 40 miles--without socks or peds--and NO BLISTERS or reddened or inflamed spots on either foot. Unbelievable. This is my definite shoe of choice for our upcoming European walking tours! Thank you Ecco for continuing to make SUCH A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT.

There are two insoles in every shoe.
When I tried it on, I felt that the instep was oppressive and there was not enough space in the shoes, so I checked the insoles and found that there were two insoles in each shoe. In the photo is the insole below. This insole looks a little old and doesn't look like Ecco's. Why is it like this? Is this someone going through and retreating? This makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Too narrow
