Ecco is my shoes brand, I have may be 6 pairs of Ecco shoes. I always look for true size, soft genuine leather comfortable models. This pair I bought for a travel even without wearing the shoes before my trip started. And the shoes are exactly what I expected from Ecco: soft leather, comfortable just from the box. What also I love is the Ecco sizes are always accurate and I can buy Ecco shoes online without any concerns. If Ecco says it is 9.5 I am 100% sure they fit.

Buttery leather, true to size; not wide
Good construction, soft leather. Quite flat-not much in terms of arch support. Very accurate sizing in terms of length, based on reviews, thought they’d be wider. Fit across top of foot is tight (for my medium width foot). Wore around the house to stretch and form - molding ongoing. Wore out on a rainy day and feet stayed dry. I love them. They go perfectly with my boring and basic day-to-day wear. Recommended. A must if you can’t be bothered to try. Got the color woodrose-it’s definitely neutral but the tone of the color hints toward mauve rather than beige.

In short, everything they write here is that you need to take one size smaller WRONG! I read the comments and bought a smaller size, but they turned out to be small! Bought my regular size and they fit! Yes, they are made wider than necessary, but they fit neatly in size just like the shoes of yesteryear! I don't like in this model that there is no arch support.

Do not buy these shoes from Amazon
Shoes were more than one size to big. Printed the return label and it was for England. Postage to return was $26! I will not bye shoes from Amazon again.
