Pricey but worth it.
They slip-on sneakers came highly recommended and with excellent reviews. I tried them on the Try Before You Buy Prime program. I kept them. The fit is excellent and as expected. I am an 8.5 and bought the 8/8.5 size. I would imagine an 8 size foot might feel a bit too roomy. But you have to try them to see.Excellent arch support and superior construction. I tried them around the house at first and then when they felt very comfortable took them on a test-drive shopping.Very comfortable and supportive. They are a bit heavier than some slip-ons I've purchased but that is what makes them more supportive and sturdy.I was first attracted to them because of their look, but shoes have to be comfortable and supportive for me. I have flat feet and bunions. I've stopped wearing cute shoes that hurt years ago. These are really beautiful and beautifully made - great detail, and while I'm aware of the support when I first put them on, after wearing them for a few hours I am not 'conscious' of my shoes. That's my litmus test. When you have bunions and 'old dancer feet' you want shoes that comfortable. Highly recommend.

Elegant walking shoes.

Ecco Shoes Are the Best
Ecco shoes are always well made and fit me perfectly. I have multiple pairs of Ecco shoes and never have any issues with them. They are comfortable right out of the box and no need to break in. I love all my Ecco shoes. Ecco shoes are made in Denmark and come in their sizes, but they have a chart for the right US size.

Would Give 10+ if I could!
This is my fourth pair of Eccos on this platform. They come true to size and are sooooo comfortable. They fit like a glove from first foot insert! They are pricey but worth the cost because they just don't wear out. The leather finishing is beautiful to look at and getting wet in a storm, accidentally stepping off a curb into ankle deep puddles or mud doesn't bother them at all! Just wipe off with a soft cloth and they are good to go. My 5 yo pair look as new as this most recent purchase! You can't go wrong with ECCO in my estimation.

Prefer the wide weave style
These shoes look great but are tight across the in-step. So, after a few hours of wearing them, you can't wait to take them off. I had previously worn the ECCO Wide Weave style of this shoe and it was extremely comfortable. I wish I could still purchase that style.

Extremely narrow
I have a medium foot, so I was surprised that these shoes were hard to get on and very snug. I wore them with thin socks. I wouldn't wear them without socks since that seems like a good way to get very smelly feet. But I think they looked cute. I just had to return them because for the money I didn't want to risk breaking them in. Sometimes, shoes stretch in the right way that you CAN break them in. Other times, they just break you and you end up donating them or whatever. I wasn't sure how this would play out, so I let them go find a more narrow foot to love.
