I didn't know what to expect since they are not as pricy as other hiking shoes. However, they've worked fine for me during my hikes and outdoor treks and they look good on my feet. I've done 1-2 hour hikes on various trails and they are comfortable and provide the necessary support. If the terrain is rocky, the uneven surface will be noticeable through the shoe's sole. They also do not work well with my custom inserts. They feel a bit bulky. Either way, I would still recommend.

Not long lasting
I’ve had these now for about 6 months but don’t use them often, however the padding wore so thin I can feel every rock I climb on while hiking. They are super cute, lightweight and have great ankle support, it’s just the inside that ruins it.

Great Hiking Boot
I love these!! I’m not a big fan of hiking boots, I think they look hot, heavy and awkward. However, these were lightweight, super comfortable for all day wear and my feet didn’t get hot and sweaty. I think I did buy size bigger because I have wider feet and a high top arch. Waterproof, functional and durable! I walked all over Yellowstone for a week and wore them every day.

NOT DURABLE!! Purchased a pair in March 2025 and they were extremely comfortable and skid proof. I actually purchased a second pair in July for my niece.The padding wore so thin that I incurred an impression from bottom of the shoe while wearing them. Eddie Bauer does not offer a replacement insert so I am concerned about wearing them again. Eddie Bauer was notified of the defect today but made it an Amazon issue. Buy at your own risk.
