(Very) high volume toe box
I don't have swollen feet, but I'm always in the market for some legit 12-wide shoes. These are, well, VERY roomy. So roomy, in fact, that the closure flap doesn't make them small enough to fit my non-swollen size 12-wide feet. But that's a lesson learned - it doesn't say these shoes are for non-swollen feet. I didn't understand what that means - what it appears to mean that besides just being the width and length of size 12-wide, there is also a tremendous amount of available volume in the rest of the shoe - I suppose you could call it the "vertical height" of the shoe. If my feet WERE swollen, these shoes would be an excellent solution.Insole is soft and comfortable (and they come with extra inserts). They won't win any fashion awards with that top strap, but they otherwise generally look like my other slipper / sandal shoes (which I do think look relaxed and attractive). These won't make it into my daily rotation (and I now understand they aren't supposed to), but I'll keep 'em around should I ever need a high-volume, adjustable, comfortable shoe.

Sizing is Off, and Material is Thin
I got these for my husband and when he tried them on he instantly disliked them. He has flat, wide feet, so shoe support is important to him. He said the material felt very thin, that it felt more like a slipper/house shoe than a sneaker he would walk around in. He said they were wide but too wide. The velcro strap worked well, but again was thin and he was not sure if it would hold after walking long distances. The same goes for the sole of the shoe too.

Ok, not the most stylish shoes but who cares, these are *NOT* for looks, they are for comfort. Which these are very comfortable for me to wear around the house and our for short trips. They are roomy and have nice support for my wide feet. They have a nice velcro "buckle" which makes it super easy to open and close the shoe to take off.

These are comfortable enough , but not great . They don't have much stability & couldn't keep the feet from slipping / sliding over the edge of the shoe . Might be better in rotation with other pairs , rather than being the main pair , because they completely fell apart within a few weeks . I don't think that's a very good value .

Specific use
I was looking for a shoe I could wear around the house, as we don't wear outside shoes inside. I can see how these would be useful for people with swollen feet or need full adjustability when fitting around the foot. Otherwise, they are pretty ugly and not that comfortable or supportive for my plantar fasciitis. It comes with several different inserts of various thickness, yet shows layering all of them together in the ad, so that is what I did. Truly, that is the only way to achieve the cushioned effect I was seeking, but I just don't love them and will likely continue to use my "house" Sketchers.

I was pretty skeptical about these shoes, but I gave them a try hoping for a comfy pair of shoes with arch support. Pleasantly surprised of what these actually offer: adjustable pressure on the foot, depending how tight the closure is pulled. If only for this feature and they are very versatile, usable not just for swollen feet but also while under treatment for injuries to the foot or for bunions issues. Doesn’t take much of an injury for the usual shoes to be bothering and hard to wear, and these shoes save the day on such happenings.Very good craftsmanship, well made, and very good quality materials. The Velcro securing the closing is of very good quality, chances are these will outlast other shoes I am using now.On the flip side, these are not shoes to take the daily abuse of going to work or being physically active. Very good for what they are, but not a replacement for the usual footwear beyond cases of specific needs.

Normal to slightly wide. Definitely not wide!
Well wide in my country is probably not wide in the country these were made in. And that is not meant to be mean it is good i know this now! Well made. Study. Easy to get feet into. Just size up if you have a wider foot or you will be disappointed. Good value! Easy to open. Comfy! Just size up!
