It’s WIDE!
First and foremost—this shoe is WIDE! I’m a drag T-girl, and have been buying and wearing heels for almost 40 years, and this is by far the widest fitting pump/court I’ve ever seen. I suspect the complaints are from fellows with very little experience in women’s shoes, like maybe only this pair…! Pumps need to be a little “compressed”, pointed, in shape for the foot to stay in the shoes, plus we’ve come as a culture to find the shape sexy and feminine. Quite the opposite of men’s shoes. But this pointed/compressed shape does not mean it is not wide fitting.These shoes are WIDE, all over, and are designed for a man’s foot. In most patent leather pumps, in a medium (B) width, my E width toes produce slight bumps and rises in the patent’s surface—you have to look for it, but you can see where my too wide toe area is being scrunched and disforming the leather. BUT, not with these extra wide pumps—no bumps in the patent’s surface—it’s all smooth and glossy!The price paid for such sensible wide fitting shoes is they don’t have a terribly sexy silhouette. The vamp has a very high rise (which greatly enhances the WW fit on a man’s foot), and frankly, these pumps look more like work pumps, or pumps the older woman would wear. The 4”+ heel helps to give the style a bit of youthfulness, but in this day of needle stilettos, it’s not much.But if you’re looking for a pair of sesnsible feminine shoes that will fit a very wide, particularly a man’s foot, this are your ticket. If you want something sexier and modern, look elsewhere; this shoe’s strong suit is a sensible fit, period, not modern sex appeal.I do find it runs long too. If you have a narrower heel, you might want to down a size to prevent heel slippage and keep the shoes on your feet (I needed 2 full sizes smaller to fit my very narrow heels).

I don't have any complaints about the shoes outside the fact that their entire scale seems off, as if it all sizes were shifted half a size in one direction or the other. I originally order my normal size and the first was too small, then I returned it, was sent one another one, a size up this time, and that one was too big.

This shoe by the size chart is too small all around. Toe box to small and width to small. Was unable to fit my foot into shoe to see if I liked the arch and length. From trying this shoe on I have determined I would need a size 14 to 15 from this maker
