I love them!I wear 7.5 normally so I ordered 7 and 8 and the size 7 fit perfectly. My calves are 12.75” around at the widest point while standing/ flexed and my ankles are 8” while standing. These were a perfect fit- not too loose but had juuuust a bit of wiggle room in the calf and ankle. They are fitted at the ankle which was perfect on my leg and the look is incredible but if you have wider ankles, it may be a tad tight there. My feet are a little wide but these were not too tight laterally. Very comfy fit. They’re good quality, especially for the price. I had no zipper problems at all. They’re also pretty comfortable for heels. I wore them for 6 hours, mostly standing, with no issue. They have no platform, so if you’re not use to heels it may not be super comfy. The black sole makes streaks on the white which I don’t love but they come off very easily with a magic eraser and some water.Overall these were an excellent buy. I highly recommend them. I plan to wear them with non-costume outfits too.
Gold version went well with my goddess Halloween costume. It’s a bit of a lighter gold than I wanted but didn’t look too tacky. Also these are not for those with large legs. I’m on the petite side and they were snug at my calves.
I bought these for a cosplay and after lookingat other reviews about the calf area being super small I went a size up. I’m normally a size 8 in shoes, and sometimes a 7.5 in heels and wedges, so I definitely was hesitant to go a size up to 9 but i’m so glad i did. they were a little bit big in the toe, but they fit the calf area. Amazing. Just in the snug enough that they won’t fall down my calfs. I haven’t worn the full cosplay yet, but just with normal clothes they look amazing. The material is more of a latex, flashy color. They are great for costumes and I definitely recommend this product to anyone for anything. I’m not the best and walking with heels, but the wedge is big enough that it’s not really a big problem. Just be careful walking in them haha
Perfect for My Costume!I bought these red boots for a costume, and they were perfect! They looked great and were surprisingly comfortable — I wore them all night with no issues. Definitely recommend for both style and comfort!
I needed white boots for a cosplay I made and these seemed like they would be a great match. I have big feet (size 13 women's) so when I saw that they were both in my size and inexpensive, I knew I had to get them. While I was happy I could get my feet into them I should have tested them out for an extended amount of time before the day of the convention, and also taken other reviews into account more.I had some extra room inside the shoes since they're pretty wide, so the heel was pushing my toe to the front of the boot. I was basically waddling around the convention center in an effort to keep pressure off of my toes. This was met with moderate success, as I got through the day with manageable levels of discomfort (as Beyoncé says, pretty hurts!). However, the real issues set in afterward... it's been two weeks since the convention and the tip of my left big toe is still numb! I even went to the podiatrist and she said the only thing I can do is wait things out and hope the nerve regenerates... yikes.TLDR: TEST THE BOOTS! And wear these with insoles or something if you're going to be in them for an extended amount of time or walking around a lot... otherwise, maybe skip them :/ though you may be cute in the moment and get some compliments, foot health comes first.
Needed gold boots to complete the Foxy Cleopatra look from the Austin Powers movie. The gold boots had a price point of $50 and some odd dollars, and these white boots were only twenty-something, but on the lower end. I ordered the white boots and applied adhesive and then gold foil sheets to get the gold boots to match the costume. They turned out quite well considering it was a rushed task, plus I knew the boots would barely be seen due to the costumes' wide-legged bottoms. They were a hit, and she received compliments from everyone. Gold remained on the boots after applying the varnish. The bare and partially covered spots are due to my application process, lacking the desire or need to reach perfection with this task. Boots fit true-to-size; delivered a comfortable fit to a young foot under 20 years old; zip closure; just a side note—don't apply adhesive to the zipper if you plan to change the color with foil sheets, it will create some problems. I colored the white zipper in with a gold marker the best I could. It didn't fully cover it, but it wasn't as prominent as it was all white before the marker.
