Incredibly comfortable and fashionable!
I adore these boots! They're a mix of faux suede and faux leather (all black) and have a zipper on the inside ankle. They look a lot like the Chelsea boot in style but the heel has a bit of a platform. It's 2.5" tall and it lowers to about an inch high under the ball and toe of the foot.I didn't expect to be able to wear them yet since it's summer and hot, but we had a very rainy cold snap, so I had the perfect opportunity to try them out. I wore them with a fleece pair of socks. I have a narrow foot, but the width of these boots seemed just right. The sole and heel made walking very comfortable, and also, provided a non-skid surface so I was able to walk safely in the rain and wet. (And the boots still looked great when I came home. I just wiped them faux leather part dry and they have been just perfect since then.)These boots look fantastic with both jeans and dress pants. I expect to wear them with skirts and dresses this winter. They're so cute and comfy, and very fashionable!
