I purchased these one size larger than what I would normally wear, on account of the description stating they run narrow; and they most certainly do. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The shoes are poorly made, feel very cheap, and are incredibly uncomfortable. They’re so stiff and awkward that it’s actually hard to walk in them. Definitely not what was advertised.What made this even worse was the seller’s response. Instead of taking responsibility for the bad quality, they did everything possible to avoid giving me a full refund, even though I returned the product within the stated return policy and in the exact same condition I received it. The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking.I would not recommend these shoes or this seller to anyone. Save your money and the frustration.
