Really really cool shoes! Would definitely purchase again!
Actually for the price points I did not expect much on these. However, much to my surprise these were way better than I thought they would be. They are extremely lightweight molded foam And seem to be great for shuffling. They have a somewhat slick bottom which makes them great for dancing. The fiber optic light up is a lot brighter than I thought they would be and has a lot more settings then I expected for the price point. They are rechargeable and seem to have a pretty good 5 to 6 hour battery life. I got a second pair just to have as back up for shows because they’re cheap enough to have two. They got a lot of attention at the last show that I was that and everyone asked me where I got them. Would highly recommend!

Fun footwear!
My inner 12 year old is squealing with delight at these blinky, flashing, glowing, multicolored light up shoes. They are way more awesome than I expected, and nothing like the light up shoes for little kids that only blink when you step. A complete panoply of colors and patterns- steady state, rapid cycling through the colors, a slow fade effect- everything about these shoes makes me giddy. I'm pretty certain that the alternating light patterns will aggravate and annoy any other adult within viewing range, unless they possess a joie de vivré equal to that of the wearer.They fit fine, which is really good because I ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear because they weren't available in my size, and I just had to own light up shoes! I would have tolerated discomfort for this awesome blinky footwear, but luckily there is no need.

Yes, they really light up and they are very bright in the dark! Not really bright in daylight, but that’s a given. You can easily switch between any of the solid colors or use the multicolored fade, or flicker or white strobe light! They will be perfect for parties, events, night walking, dancing, or illuminating long dresses at night.Simple, comfortable, cute white shoe for day. I could work in these all day and not have to change shoes for nighttime plans.Breathable, so they are perfect for spring/summer/autumn.I wear 8 wides or 8.5 regular shoes and size 40 fits me perfectly.The insole is cushy, and the material looks easy to wipe clean, though I don’t think they are machine washable.I don’t think they will last years, but they will probably last me a couple summers.Ok I have to edit my review because after I started wearing these I realized really quickly that there is some kind of battery pack or something under the heel of the right shoe and it was extremely painful to walk on, but I was already out of the house and had to suffer for hours before I was capable of taking them off. The right shoe also ran out light before the left one. I had put them on in the afternoon, only turning them on twice to show my family and by sundown the right one wasn’t lighting up. I’m not sure if it needs to be changed or if it’s done for because of the placement of the battery pack. I’ll find out soon and update you all again.I’m also going to try to move the battery pack after I find out if it just needs a charge.Fingers crossed both work out.

Always gets compliments
Purchased these for our wedding night (reception) and the guests LOVED it. We wore them on our honeymoon cruise and they got the best compliments from many guests during the deck parties. Lots of fun. Last about 3 hours with a charge. They're very lightweight and comfortable for a while. They do have a thick section under the heel that is probably the battery pack. It becomes a little uncomfortable after a little while but it's not that bad. They're not meant for running, they're meant for fun and these are lots of fun to wear and get tons of looks and compliments.

So cool!!!...but so white.
My friend was getting light up shoes at 31 so I googled them out of curiosity because I thought she was nuts and then I saw those and figured she had ordered the ones with the goofy lights on the bottoms and mine would come and be epic. She didn't get the goofy ones though, she got the black version of mine so it wouldn't show dirt. I got the white ones to make a point and they're super white. They're so white that even snow would look yellow next to those shoes. The white ones are not a long term investment because there's no way to keep them clean but they're ridiculously cool. Maybe I can scotchguard them? I can't wait to wear them riding my bike at night.It's really dangerous to walk at night too so honestly, there's no good reason not to have a pair of these.I wish they had a "less white" option. The lighter the color it seems the better the light quality but it's just extremely impractical to expect to keep these clean. Perhaps buy another color, but do buy and stay safe and cool at night! :)
