I purchased two pairs of these sandals as gifts. As one pair was for my son, I can tell you he LOVES these slip on sandals! He wanted a simple pair of slides that he could easily wear to the pool, backyard and just hanging around outside. I don't allow wearing shoes in our home so having this kind of slide that he can kick on and off is useful to him. He doesn't have to tie and untie laces and he HATES thong sandals! The fit is true to size, they have a velcro adjustable closure that makes them fit perfectly. He has had them quite a while now and the quality is great, they are still as good as the day he opened them. These slides are lightweight which is great for tossing in a backpack. I would highly recommend these slides for an easy wear to the beach, pool, and even running errands around town. They are simple, super comfortable and dependable!

One of the Best Sandals I've Ever Owned
I first bought these when I was 16 years old. I'm 33 now and still love these sandals. Very comfortable and the velcro is super strong. I am able to play basketball in them without having the velcro come apart. I must have gone through a dozen of these in the past 1 and a half decade. I had all the colors, black, blue, red, and yellow.The only downside is that, as you can tell from my review, they don't last that long. Maybe it's because I wear them everyday, even in the winter time when there is 12" of snow outside or maybe because it's made out of this styrofoam material that fades away quick.But overall, I love the feel to them and usually stock up on them when I get the chance (which I just did on this last purchase).I also have a few Nike Air Max sandals which are also superb, but would take these Fila sandals over them any day. Not a big fan of Jordan sandals. They are ugly and ghetto.

comfy lightweight classic
I love the fila slip ons because they are light weight, nicely cushioned, and have the adjustable strap. I'm a woman with size 7.5/8 women's shoe, and bought my first pair of these from the women's section in 1995. They were colored differently and slightly sturdier materials, and those lasted almost 15 years of wearing in the summers! I searched for them a few years ago and found the closest thing was these men's sandals. I bought a pair of these exact ones 2 years ago, and just last week the strap of one of the pair came out of place. I was about to glue it back together, and decided might as well stock up on a couple more pairs since they don't seem to have the long life span any more. But still, for the low price, and huge comfort, I bought 2 pairs at a time and love them. Also, the seller was super fast with shipping it out and i received the order faster than i ever expected with standard shipping! Great service.

Bought these for nostalgia. Grew upIn Hawaii and around 94-95 every kid wanted these and had these. These aren’t exactly the same as the ones I grew up with but still nice, stylish and comfortable. Only issue is I got a pair that aren’t even. The right slipper has a thicker base. Will keep cause I just wear them around the house but crappy quality control by Fila on these. Also would advise to buy half a size larger.

Most uncomfortable shoes ever.
So I'm a woman and I ordered these shoes because I can't wear regular flip flops and there aren't any shoes of this type that I could find that were made specifically for women.I ordered the "peacoat" version because the logo didn't have red in it and I wanted the white logo. Turns out peacoat is a color, not a model name as I thought. The shoes look black on the website but they are actually navy blue.They aren't what I wanted but I would have kept them to avoid the return to a third party seller IF they weren't the most damned uncomfortable shoes I'd ever put on my feet. I don't know what the top surface is made of but it feels like walking on asphalt in your bare feet. There's also no give to the shoes. The soles are hard as rocks.They fit me fine but I am a woman and I have EXTREMELY narrow feet. One of the reason I ordered these shoes is because of all the men complaining how narrow the shoes were. So if you have normal man-sized feet, these probably won't fit you very well.I ended up getting a refund through Amazon for the misleading advertising of the color but the main reason I would stay away is because of the discomfort. Also, save yourself some trouble and order products that are fulfilled by Amazon, especially when fit is involved and you will likely have to return an item.
