They are great, the fit is awesome, slightly tight on my toes but my feet are huge anyway. I would definitely recommend trying if your looking for non-slip cuz they work great. My work has waxed floor and no slip whatsoever!! Love these shoes, will definitely rebuy!!
I usually get much more expensive shoes for comfort as I have had reconstructive surgery on my calcaneus and it is difficult to find shoes that fit comfortably on my foot. These were amazing especially for the price. I paid under $50 bucks and I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. The memory foam provides cushion as well as molds to my foots shape (even the one that is strangely porportioned after surgery). It's a great shoe at a great value! I have only had these for a couple weeks now and so far so good.

Ordered a wide because I always have to order wide shoes with my fat feet and I actually got room on the sides amazing. Very comfy. Do have to wear normal socks instead of no shows cuz the back kind of rubs into my ankles. But that's just me personally. I also had to get some gel insoles to go on top of what was in there. Because I worked 12-hour shifts.
After wearing for several hours, my feet were tired, so ready to take them off. They aren't as comfortable I thought they should be.When wearing these Fila memory workshift training shoes, I'm on my feet for 3 to 4 hours. I have other shoes that are more comfortable than these.
I like these shoes because they are slip resistant. I wear them outside when it has rained or is raining. They are very heavy so I don't wear them often. Also, when I wear ankle socks, water from the street when I'm walking in the rain often splashes up on my ankles because these shoes do not cover my ankles.
I usually buy Avia shoes for my job that I am on my feet up to 10 hours a day. These popped up as a recommended iten and were considerably cheaper. I needed new ones and I was tight on cash so I took the chance.... BIG MISTAKE! They fit right and they felt okay just standing in my house trying them on. But then I wore them to work (I describe movements of my job as paying a basketball game for 8 hours straight) ... within 2 hours, my feet, legs, back, hips, everything was hurting. They shoes are very stiff and do not flex with the feet. I was almost like wearing wooden clogs. I felt very clumsy in them. By the end of my shift I was in so much pain that I could barely move. Granted I am usually sore anyway, but NOTHING like this. All that said, these may be great for someone else. But for me, with plantar fasciitis, arthritis and knee issues these are a definite NO!
