I have bought this shoe three times. They fit me perfectly and have great arch support, but I do add a good quality insert. They don't last forever, and my older pairs are getting holes and cracks making even using them in the garden problematic. When new, they look sleek and I've gotten compliments. They are my go-to walking shoe until sandal weather.
Shoe fits perfect keeps my feet stable and comfortable all day at work.
These are more attractive than the vast majority of the offerings. They really aren't very supportive, but are fine and fit well so long as you're not looking to pull 50 hour weeks in them.. Their non-slipness is really good. They clean up easily, which is important in a kitchen.

I love wearing these to work because they are non-slip, but as I read the other reviews, the overall comment was that the shoe are narrow, which works for me because I have a 4A wide foot. Anyone can tell by looking at the pictures that these shoes are narrower than others, so that was not a surprise to me. I changed out the laces with some that are elastic but firm hold because I have to take them off and on to get into and out of work. These are perfect for those of us with a narrower foot and in need of non-slip, all black, work shoes.
I shouldn't have even given these shoes one star. They are AWFUL! The soles started to separate from the shoe within a month of wear. Shortly after, holes started to appear all over the shoe. Also, the shoes are not comfortable. They provide no support. I work a job where I'm on my feet constantly, and my feet/ankles would throb less than halfway through my shifts. I wasted my money. I've already had to replace the shoes, and I usually get a year+ wear out of a typical pair of work shoes.
