I recently purchased the Fireside by Dearfoams Women's Newcastle Crossband All Over Shearling Easy on/Off Slide Slipper and I am absolutely in love with them! The slippers are made with 100% Australian sheepskin, which makes them incredibly soft and comfortable. The rubber sole is durable and provides great traction, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. The slide style makes them easy to put on and take off, which is a huge plus. The shearling lining is temperature regulating, so my feet stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The moisture-wicking feature keeps my feet dry and comfortable throughout the day. Love this brand
I’ve had a pair of deerfoams for 3 years now, and it was definitely past time to retire them 😭 I decided to switch to these open toe slippers since they were more affordable than the closed toe, and wow they are SO nice. My feet get so overheated now since I’ve been pregnant, and these are absolutely perfect, they’re still warm and cozy but there’s a good amount of airflow as well since they’re open. Very squishy too, they’re extremely comfortable. I sized up since my feet are so swollen, and they fit perfectly. 100% will be rebuying these exact same slippers once they’ve gotten enough use

Love-and-hate relationship
I’ve had these slippers for over a year now, and I still can’t get myself to replace them. They are so cute, cozy, warm, and I adore the color. BUT. The textured rubber soles are a nightmare. I don’t know if people with laminate or wooden floors at home have the same issue, but my apartment is all tile, and I just can’t deal. The soles accumulate EVERYTHING. Dust, hair, tiny crumbs, it all sticks right on. I’ve never had this problem with a single pair of house shoes before, and I keep my house clean! Also, the soles don’t just gather the dust: they spread the little dust balls across the entire apartment, forcing me to vacuum three-four times more often than usual when I wear them. Frankly, I’m so done with my pale floor being littered with dark dots. I have a feeling the slippers may be subtly shedding, too, because of the color and texture of the debris. Some of it also sticks to the tile and is a pain to remove. Also, the fur has quickly worn through at the heels. So yeah, I think I’ll have to find something else, as much as I wanted to love these.

Extremely comfortable and supportive
Bought these slippers as a consolation prize for throwing out my back and realizing I need some supportive slippers to wear around the house (my cat discovered the *cronchability* of my EVA birks, so those can't just sit out. Cats, amirite?). I wanted something open-toed for warmer months and still cozy. These fit the bill!Super comfy, SO cute, and I feel extra bougie with how plush and fluffy they are. They molded to my feet fairly quickly. I tend to wear a 10.5-11 in most shoes and sandals, sizing up to 11 when in doubt because of high arches and not wanting my feet to be crammed into shoes. I went with a 10 with these because they're open-toed, and soft, and I'm glad I did because they did stretch a bit and fit great. My heels don't hang off, my toes aren't spilling out, they just fit *well*. Would absolutely buy these again.

Nice slippers!
I'm not a "fluffy" type person and that's what I would call these, however they aren't overdone. The colors look nice together (I got gray and cream) They are very comfortable, have good traction soles and let my feet breathe. Most slippers are warm and cause feet to sweat. These are open toed and breathable, yet made to withstand going outdoors quickly and not soaking through the bottom of your feet. They are very soft around my feet and a pleasure to wear around the house without being to hot. The traction on the soles isn't flimsy being pretty firm, almost too good on my wood/vinyl floors..lol I would purchase again. Shipping was fast as usual through Amazon, arrived on time and in great condition!

No Arch Support
Unfortunately, while these are luxurious to slide your feet into, there is zero arch support. So if you have foot issues like plantar fasciitis, these are not for you. It's a shame because just a little tweaking would make these wonderful slides: arch support under the memory foam and and firmer outsole. The outsole is fine to walk out of the house to get the paper or mail, but I wouldn't wear these to run to the store or do errands in. Sadly, I was looking for something in addition to my Olukai fuzzy slipper sandals since they are thongs, and sometimes I don't like thongs with sore feet. The Olukai have great arch support and a tough outsole (I can wear these to run errands in), but sadly don't offer a criss cross slide like these Dearfoam Firesides. Dearfoam could have spent just a little more money and had an incredible slide. These are truly fireside worthy-soft and comfy as long as you don't need to walk anywhere with arch support. Disappointing...
