Not bad for the price
I wouldn't say these are the greatest shoes ever, but they are a really good alternative to more expensive boxing shoes if you don't need something amazing. Unfortunately they are quite narrow so be careful ordering if you have even slightly wider than average feet. I struggle to get these on sometimes if my feet have swollen at all during the day.I used to kickbox barefoot because my studio had padded mats but after moving I have had to use a punching bag at a standard gym without padded flooring. After trying barefoot for a few weeks, I ended up with metatarsal damage and had to find something supportive that wouldn't interfere with kicking. These have been a lifesaver and my feet never hurt while I'm wearing them (although they do still sometimes hurt after I take the shoes off). They aren't very padded and there is NO extra room to add additional padding, which does suck.Overall, I definitely recommend these for most people based on the price. But if you have foot problems, have very wide feet, or need something for competition I would suggest spending the extra money elsewhere.

The seller advertises firm grip and good traction. My son was slipping everywhere while he was sparring. He had to stop in the middle of his session and change out of the shoes because he slipped. I do not recommend these shoes. I would like my money back unfortunately My son sparred after the 30 days was up & by that time it was too late for a refund.
