Love this style of Fit Flop
These are by far one of the most durable and comfortable styles of Fit Flops. This last runs a bit wide which is good for me. The leather upper and rubber lower is a perfect combination. I haven't seen any other styles by Fit Flop with this last and a leather upper and lower rubber in over a year which I find disappointing. I have a similar pair with an upper and lower, both in leather, and my feet have no traction on the soles. I never wear them. I own over a dozen pair of Fit Flops in a variety of flip flop and sandal styles, and the one I am reviewing is my favorite. The most comfortable, nice looking and very practical too.

Love this style of FitFlops!
Very nice looking and comfortable. I'm a bit FitFlop fan, but find that not all models have straps that fit the same. I think these straps won't easily stretch out. The soles of FitFlops eventually compress, and you can't tell until you get a new pair and feel how nice and springy they are!

Learning to like 'em but watch out for CATS!
I've upgraded a star & add a warning. I was able to "break them in" to better comfort so added a star. BUT BEWARE in the case of some cats, such as my son's, these shoes are like catnip. She rubs all over them & will set a claw to get me to give them up!First review is accurate: Tried two sizes & kept the better because it's appearance is what I was looking for. The foot bed seems strangely larger than other 8.5's & the leather rides high on my instep (painful 1st two wearings), but the quality seems good & they are the look I wanted.

Blisters
This is probably my sixth or seventh pair of fit flops. I loved them, until I received this pair. They fit differently.I’ve had them since May and kept hoping they would break in, although that was never necessary with other pairs. I get a blister every time I wear them. I have to put a bandage on my foot before I wear them.I wish I could tell you what is different about them, but I can’t figure it out.
