Perfect slippers or house shoes indoors or out. Not great for cold.
Took awhile to find these again. Bought a pair years ago, but they became a chew toy from grandfurbaby. So comfortable, light & secure. Definitely would by again and again.

Took awhile to find these again. Bought a pair years ago, but they became a chew toy from grandfurbaby. So comfortable, light & secure. Definitely would by again and again.
I have not worn these shoes long however I can say they are comfortable. The insole is thicker than expected which some may find attractive. I was going for a more barefoot feel, however it is not like walking on a block, just noticeable. The fabric upper is indeed snug and fits closely to the foot. I don't understand the purpose of the strap but its placement is not uncomfortable for my foot. The toe guard makes the front of the shoe feel a little stiffer but again, not uncomfortable. This will probably loosen with time.Due to the upper being made entirely of fabric, folding and packing the shoe is incredibly easy. I can slide these into the seat pocket of my car and they will not be seen. The fabric is thin so I don't recommend wearing them in cold weather without socks. I would also not recommend wearing them in extremely cold weather, even with socks. From and aesthetic standpoint I would have preferred the mouth opening to have a more subdued colour. Perhaps this can be an option in the future.UPDATE: June 24, 2017, Death of the shoesI have worn these shoes almost daily since my last review and this has probably contributed to their demise. I would agree that the description of the item as an "indoor to outdoor" shoe for running errands is correct. While the shoes held up perfectly well for light walking and daily use they have not lasted very long. The right shoe was the first to go when insole separated completely. Oddly enough I found the shoe to be more comfortable without the insole. Unfortunately, this led to an awkward gait as I could tell the difference while walking in the two shoes. You wouldn't think it would be that noticeable but it can be once you become acquainted with a particular feel. I continued to use the shoes with the separated insole and it wasn't terribly uncomfortable. My hope was that the left insole would separate and I would continue to use the shoes that way since the upper fabric was still intact. The death blow was dealt during a hike. At some point during the hike the toe of the left shoe separated from the sole at the seam. The right toe began separating shortly thereafter. This could have been due to the force placed on the front of the shoe (my foot slipped forward on a downhill hike) or the force combined with daily use. While I briefly entertained gluing the toes back together I figured it wasn't worth the hassle given the cost of the shoes. On another note I would also not recommend these shoes for situations that require your foot or ankle to change orientation quickly. I found that the shoes tend to slip and roll around my foot. This happened whether or not I was wearing socks. Also, the outer sole has virtually no grip and slides readily across smooth or wet surfaces. Carpeted or evenly rough surfaces are fine. Uneven and smooth surfaces can be trickier to walk on.In short, these shoes are great for flat, rough terrain (carpets, sidewalks, flat outdoor trails). However I would not recommend them for rough or aggressive outdoor use. Depending on your usage level you may not get much life out of them. Again, given the price, I have no major complaints. At the very least, you can try them out and see if they work for your lifestyle without feeling like a fool for dropping a good sum of money on shoes you will hardly use and can't pass off to someone else.PS: If someone can tell me how to remove the insole without damaging the shoe I'd love to hear it, thanks.
Wasn't sure what size to get based off the reviews and didn't see a photo of the back of product where the size info is. So here you go.I, a 25yo 6 foot average male, wear: a Converse size 9 men's low top with Converse socks; an Adidas size 10 in NMD and alpha bounce with Adidas socks. I have slightly wide foot but shorter toes.I purchased the the men's Large size in Gray. While wearing Converse socks, and I don't plan on wearing socks with this footwear, the fit was quite large with alot of room in the toe box area. For me the medium may be a better fit.As far as usefulness, I bought these as a recommendation for shower shoes after a beach day and lounging shoes instead of wearing socks on hardwood floors. I'm diabetic so I have to be careful with my feet. I don't like flip flops or sandles so this was a good alternative. I was thinking of taking them to the gym but they seem "too" flexable to provide any real support as a stiffer walled shoe would provide.
Great shoes. They are comfortable, fit well, and are surprisingly durable. I have been using them at the MMA gym for about 3 months and do a lot of heavy bag kicking, and there are zero signs of any type of ripping or separation of the upper from the sole. The sizing is a little strange, as I wear a 9.5 in Nike running shoes and I use the small in these. In fact, I would like them to be just a smidge smaller for a slightly tighter fit, but they still are perfectly usable as is.
Comfortable fit. Wears well.
This fit well, and felt great. Just like a barefoot shoes should. The design of the strap that allows them to be slipped inside each other is a plus. My problem is that sometimes the insole slips, and the exposes the nubs that are supposed to keep the insole in place. These are VERY uncomfortable on the toes or heels depending on what direction the insole slips. These are my least favorite barefoot shoes, they are much better options available on Amazon. To satisfy the suggested list of point in the review promo: value for the money is mid. They really don’t give support because barefoot shoes aren’t supposed to. The style is fine, and the color is good.
High quality. Our family uses these for "water shoes/aqua socks" to protect our feet when going in the bay where there are random sharp rocks and sharp zebra mussel shells. They stay on our feet well, look great, are comfortable/not bulky and have held up very well. They also have enough grip to make getting on/off a boat safer.
