Sturdy shoe perfect for hiking not too heavy, great traction
These Boots are great! Not only do they look really nice but they're built really well! You can feel the sturdiness in them making them perfect for my day hikes and even some of the rugged climbing I like to do. I have a size 15 extra wide foot and ordered that size, and I experienced something that I very seldom experience with shoes: they're roomy and not tight! In fact at first I thought they were too large but I removed the no tie button and restrung the shoelaces to include the not often used extra lace hole close to the ankle and was able to cinch them up comfortably and so now they fit me just perfectly. Actually I love it that there's some extra room because that means when it gets colder I can wear thicker socks and I won't have pinched toes or cramped feet. I think the company lives up to its name Fitville, because they sure fit me well! I will buy this brand again.

Very comfortable shoes
Fitville shoes are PERFECT for individuals who require a wider shoe toe box. They are very comfortable and durable. I have ordered a couple Pickleball shoes from Fitville and love them. I works highly recommend Fitville shoes for individuals that have bunions, or wide feet.

Good Shoe Without The No-Tie Button
Okay , interesting shoe. Ordered an 11W Mocha Terra Green because I liked the way it looked and was eager to try the no tie feature , my first pair of shoes with that feature. Upon trying them on , no matter how much I tightened the no tie button , shoes were loose and the heel slipped with every step I took. So , I removed the gimmicky no tie button , tightened the shoes and tied them regularly...perfect fit. Great looking , comfortable , and with a surprisingly decent amount of weight to them. In other words , you know you're wearing a shoe. I like that. Also worth mentioning...my 11 W fits perfect , without a millimeter of extra room to spare. Length wise , width wise , these shoes fit very true to size. Overall...a good shoe that looks great.

Very comfortable!
Comfortable, durable, and decent looking. I'm a bigger guy with a 12W that works from home and I like slippers, slides, sandals, or flip flops - keeping it casual. However, I needed something outdoorsy for a lot of walking and bad weather. These absolutely fit the bill. Great tread, didn't need to break them in much, and comfortable enough to wear all day. These shoes are 3.5 pounds!
i have been wearing running shoes for several years because they are very lightweight. They aren't the best for winter wear so I ordered the Fitville hiker for waterproofing and warmth. I should have asked what they weigh, because these are extremely heavy. The fit is excellent, wide and comfortable, but it feels like I'm walking in Frankenstein boots because they are so bulky, stiff and heavy. I have walked less than a mile in them and I'm hoping I will get used to them, because they are clunky af.

FINALLY - Shoes with a real Extra wide toe box!
I don't usually write reviews, but these are the first pair of shoes (12 Extra Wide) that fit me straight out of the box. No breaking in or packing the toes to stretch them out. The toe box is roomy all the way back to the base of my toes without pinching or tightness. Brand new so I cannot give any feedback on durability. Attached pic is comparing a new pair of Columbia (12W) hikers to the FitVille (12EW). My only dislike is they have a odd smell (glue?) so hopefully that goes away with use outdoors.
