I love these shoes.

Once you've dialed-in what your shoe size actually is, you'll be hard-pressed to wear anything else. I had to go a few rounds with this because the sizing did NOT match that of my Giro's (I wear a 45 with Giro, but a 44 with these) but the Fiziks are evidently engineered to be a glove-fit. I tried the 43.5 and they fit TOO well - literally such a close fit that I couldn’t wear socks. But, now that I found the right fit, my Giro Savix have found themselves having to compete heavily for ride time lol; which may get worse once I nab the fiziks in black :).All in all, good buy.

Just...weird

I feel like it's too roomy on the inside. No matter what I do (thicker socks, over tighten straps) my foot position will slip inside the shoe when I start to do 500 watts out of the saddle. I got these as a backup for some BOA dial shoes that snapped on me so I was only really willing to play with the cleat position on these. I don't know what's going on here, the stack doesn't look different at all but it's either knee discomfort or saddle sores with however I move my cleats. I guess not really a problem if you're willing to move your rails and seatpost but I really think shoes should be fairly plug and play. You can't beat the price, I will say that.

Was very excited with the initial feeling, but stitching and build quality isnt sturdy

I tried these shoes on and was very excited about using them in my spin class. I finally got the cleats installed and I had my first session after COVID quarantine, but after just one class I found that the stitching on the side that seems to offer support for the main band of the shoe broke in a few different spots! It is quite disappointing, and since I have had these shoes for a while I cannot return them. Let's see how long they last, but its quite disappointing.
