Pretty nice shoes

Owned a pair of giro carbon lace road shoes with the ec90 carbon plates. Crazy light but the carbon plate didn’t last too long and broke off on both shoes near the toe, ended up running shoe goo and rubber tape on the bottoms for a year because they were such light shoes. I have now moved on to these fizik becaus they are cheaper and they use the real boa closure system. I have done a few century’s on them with look pedals and am liking them so far but time will tell because they are fairly budget set of shoes

Very true to size.

Absolutely amazing pair of Cycling shoes, and the sizing is spot on. I wear a Ero size 42 with my Shimano shoes which is a size 9 in US. Look at the sizing chart, it will tell you. Fizik's sizing chart is identical to Shimano so it was easy for me to get the correct size. You can find cross reference sizing chats for all the name brands online if you need. These shoes snug down perfectly, all the way to the Velcro strap, un-like the similar styled Shimano shoes. Light, comfortable and stylish too.

43.5 perfect fit for US 10 1/2, medium wide foot

Fit could not be much better. My right big toe just grazes the front of the shoe. My left big toes doesn't. Slightly different sized feet.I don't know why this and other bike shoes have rigid toes (almost like a steel toed boot). The toe is not where forward pressure is applied. I have actually cut a hole in the front of a bike shoe before. Fortunately, this 10 1/4 just fits lengthwise. Plenty of room width-wise. I would say shoe might get sloppy on a real narrow foot.
