Absolutely Love these boots the are so comfortable and there are not foam at the bottom it’s some kinda hard plastic maybe but it’s so much fur in the inside where it just feels like you’r walking soft silky fur. The color was expected I bought two pairs the burgundy and navy blue both pairs are beautiful worn them in rain And they held up pretty good. Feet stayed toasty warm so far. FYI you will have to do some fancy foot work to get your feet in the boot first, a lil snug around the ankle part but it has a snag in the back where you can pull the boot on your feet.

Mom can't pull into these boots. Gonna return them. There's no zipper or any way to expand the ankle opening. Bought these for my Mom but we struggled far too much to get these on her foot. Once in they were warm & comfy but to difficult to get then on. Going back unfortunately as they're real nice, look just like the pic. Cozy.

Bad customer service

Really disappointed in their customer service. I have had the boots for several months, barely worn, and they came undone at the seam. I asked for an exchange Not a refund because their product fell apart. I get it was over the 30 days, but it wasnt a year. To charge these prices and not offer an exchange is horrible. So if yours fall apart after the 30 days you might be screwed. The boots are comfy and I love them, but I cant fix them and its not my fault!!
