Disappointed in Stitching

I purchased these shoes for my husband in January 2016. Three days ago on April 20, 2016, the stitching pulled apart on the top left side of the left shoe, while he was wearing them.I have ordered this brand/style shoe previously with no problems other than sole replacements. In fact, in October 2015, I ordered the same style in black.These shoes have been worn minimally, probably less than 10 times in four months, so this is very disappointing.My only solution is to take them to a shoe repair shop for re-stitching.P.S. My husband just reminded me that we had to have a previous pair re-stitched.
