Good quality barefoot shoe, not for me

I contacted Flux directly concerning the accuracy of their size chart, and they said it is accurate and their shoes typically runs small.I went by their size chart, ordered a women's 9, even though I typically wear a 7/8 in barefoot brands. My foot measurements are 9.84inch long by 3.66inch wide.Their size chart says the women's 9 is 9.81 inches long and 3.71 inches wide, so in theory, they should have fit. They were over an inch too long.I would have tried a smaller size, but there was another issue with the height of the ankle support. It was too high around the lateral malleolus- exterior bony ankle protrusion.I have had this issue with other barefoot brands as well, so it's nothing new.The quality of the shoe and cushion/support was great, and I would recommend it for anyone seeking a barefoot shoe with some more cushion.

Not a comparable replacement for Adapt Runners

My review does not involve the quality of this product in any way. I have had their Adapt Runners for a couple of years and absolutely love them! That being said, I’m very familiar with the zero drop format and have transitioned my walking and running shoes to low or zero drop across the board.I hoped I would find the same comfort level in the Graphene. All of the things I have come to love about my runners- wide toe box, breathable material, grippy and durable sole- are there. But I found the Graphene to be significantly less comfortable in the cushioning option. I found them to have little to no impact absorption, which is a no go for me.I loved everything else about the shoe’s design and agree with the recommended fit running a half size small.I will continue to enjoy my Flux shoes and will be on the lookout for a trainer that matches the comfort of the Adapt Runners.

Great for Olympic lifts, powerlifting, and CrossFit

Absolutely love these. I have wide feet and they are the first workout shoes that don’t cramp my toes. I do strength training, Olympic lifts, and CrossFit in these. They have a solid base and flat sole. Makes them perfect for squats and deadlifts.

Great space

I hate working out and feeling like my toes are smushed. These shoes make lifting easier since they are lightweight and wide enough for my feet.
