Beautiful, high quality, comfortable boot
I've had trouble finding comfortable shoes, especially boots, for decades...until I tried Fly London.High arches, plantar fascitis and Achilles tendon problems have dogged me for years. Recently, I developed a ganglion cyst between my toes, which hurts if I go barefooted, wear flip flops or many other shoes.I've owned 7 different styles of Fly London shoes, sandals and, now, my first Fly London boots.These boots are gorgeous! Aniline, top quality leather, ample toe box, perfect fit, easy on and off and, best of all, just the right amount of room for my arch - the boot does not press down on the top of my foot.The comfort of this boot - as with every Fly London shoe I've owned - is beyond any other brand of shoe. My job requires a ton of walking; and I am comfortable wearing them all day. The color is neutral - a subtle gunmetal gray with a hint of khaki. I get a lot of compliments on these boots and questions about the brand. I'm a big fan. Buy them. They're worth every penny.

I just got these, so I’ll update once I wear the crap out of them this winter.BUT, I read these reviews and was skeptical that these people were telling the truth. Comfortable booties that stay dry, you can walk around in all day for hours without foot fatigue, and still looked stylish? Yea right.However, I just took these out of the box and put them on and my goodness, they feel nice. They fit perfectly somehow, which I’ve never quite gotten with a slip on bootie before. They always tend to be too big or too small in all the wrong places (fit my foot, but ankle is loose; ankle is tight but foot is loose, etc).One thing I didn’t expect but thoroughly love is the color of the leather. I got the diesel color. They look black from the front and back, but from the side and in the right lighting you can see a deep dark green. It’s so subtle and unique I’ve never seen a bootie like it before! It’s absolutely beautiful.The leather is soft to the touch and well stitched. No loose ends like other boots. Thoroughly impressed with the quality out of the box! Hopefully these will hold up but I may have to buy a few extra pairs just in case they decide to stop making these altogether…

I have wanted a pair of Fly boots for many years but the styles in the US where I live are limited. I searched on Amazon loved the style and the price was right. The shipment arrived a day earlier than expected from the UK and the packaging was excellent. I love these boots and especially the color & style which is different but still easy to wear.I ordered a UK 5 (I vary between a 4 & 5 based on the brand) and these are very big.....at least 1 size too big! I am a definite 4.5 (UK) in Clarks as I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots/booties and they fit perfectly. My reasoning for ordering a 5 was that I like to wear thicker socks with a boot, I like room in the toe box & this is my first pair of Fly boots so I was not 100% on the fit. I do feel these might be sized incorrectly as even a 4 would be roomy. There is very limited labeling/sizing on the boots with just a serial # with 38 (5) stamped inside the boot, so it could have been a mistake?? However, I decided not to return them as I did not want want to wait for a new delivery and also there were limited items remaining so I didn't want to miss out on these beautiful boots. So, I placed a gel insole underneath the Fly insole (which is quite thin anyway) and with thick socks they fit. So I have extra cushioning and they do not look big on my frame.....I tend to like chunky boots and shoes anyway. I now have extra cushioning and expect to be wearing these for many years. I also like the fact that these are made in Portugal. I would buy again but be a little more cautious on the sizing. If this was not an International purchase and I could have returned them in the US I would have done. That's my honest review, I hope it helps someone else or maybe the seller.

Comfortable AND Stylish!
I had originally set out to get a pair of Blundstones having been told they were comfortable and workhorses by friends that swore by them but in reading some of the unfavorable reviews and then really looking at the few styles they had, I just couldn’t justify paying that much for a boot I was not completely in love with.So onward with the research and here pops up the Fly London Salv boots. I’ve always liked the look of their wedge sandals, kind of retro-y and different than other sandals out there. What caught my eye with these boots was the signature wedge and the fact that it came in so many different colors! Plus, here on Amazon the price was half the cost of the Blundstones!I normally wear size 6 1/2 US and 37 in European sizes. I got the 37 in red. I am soooo happy I got them!They do run a tad on the loose side which is good for me because I have bunions on both feet. When I wore them with thinner socks though my feet moved around a bit and squeaked! Lol. I wear them now with thicker socks and they’re perfect! So comfortable, I wore them all day and never felt like I had to kick them off.The other thing is the color is so great too. I like pops of color and the red is just right. Not too bright to look fake and plastic and not so dark that they look burgundy or wine.I highly recommend them! Stylish and comfortable for a great price! I am considering another pair in a different color I love them so much!

Not Like The Photo
The green is so dark, it almost looks black. And the gusset is brown, which I also don't like.You can sort of see it in the sunlight, but definitely does not look like the photo in person.Otherwise, the boot is comfortable and well made.Im returning and just getting the black.
