Great fitting shoe and light so its a good walking shoe. But if you go w white you’re going to have to accept a dingy, dirty look because the material is hard to clean.
I don't golf a bunch but I have started playing more recently. Old shoes basically fell apart - lol. So I needed a new pair that looks nice and doesn't cost me a bunch of money. These fit the bill. Good name brand and were affordable. They fit nice and are light weight and pretty comfortable. The teeth do not grip the best but as of now I have not lost my footing playing in the morning when the grass is still wet; so far so good. I am hoping that does not become an issue anytime soon the more I play.
I have tried to find X-wide (6-ee) in size 12 for a number of years. Finally FootJoy is offering them in a few styles. I have played and walked in these shoes a number of times and found them very comfortable. It's nice to finally get a nice comfortable and nicely styled golf shoe. They are not waterproof, but are very light and dry quickly after play.
FootJoy has been my go-to golf shoe for 30 years. Always durable and comfortable. My 20-year old leather shoes finally breathed their last gasp so I ordered these to replace them. I've worn them for 4-5 rounds and they are super comfortable. The ground-grip is perhaps not as firm as spiked shoes but that doesn't matter if you have proper balance and weight shift. I ordered the black soled model because I expected the white soles to show the dirt more. The shoes are not cheap but so far they are an excellent value.
These shoes fit very comfortably but lack any waterproofing. They are breezy though so make for great dry weather shoes. Nice to be able to wear straight on the course being cleatless.
Not enough traction. Played early in the morning while the dew on the grass was still heavy. My feet stayed dry however I had a hard time staying planted and not sliding all over as opposed to my normal spikes. If I was playing later in the day they would probably be better, but any wetness I don’t think they have enough grip. Super comfortable so now I just have a pair of Footjoy everyday sneakers.
