You need to break them in first.
I bought these early summer and have been wearing them quite a bit. I almost sent them back because when I first got them the ankle strap rubbed on my ankle bone and the strap across the front was a little snug. They just took a few wearings to break in. Now they’re comfortable and I can wear them all day. They’ve held up well considering I wear them for work and, as a realtor, I do a lot of walking around. The heel and platform height are just right for stability on your feet. I’d say the quality is consistent with the price. They look good, seem well made and are a nice neutral shoe that can be casual or Florida business casual.

They broke!
Cute & comfortable, but they fell apart after wearing only a few times. They were practically brand newbut past the return date. The shoe repair guy said they are not repairable. I was at an event when they broke & couldn't enjoy myself. Look elsewhere for different shoes.

Look nice - a little uncomfortable
I’m usually a 7.5 and ordered that size and then a size 8. Note- I usually am an 8 in Teva and a 7 in some Sanuk sandals and a 38 in Dansko.The 7.5 were narrow and too tight- but the heel fit well. The 8 fit better - still narrow but the heel strap/cup is a little uncomfortable because my heel is narrow. They’re a decent height and a well made shoe. I sprayed the white leather and the jute with protector. Espadrilles are always delicate to some extent but these are well made. I think that these will get more comfy when they break in and they look nice but I don’t think I’ll be wearing them when I have to walk too much - and definitely not if I think it’s going to rain.

Size up 1/2 size; Comfortable if you're just standing in one place
Ordered half size up as suggested it worked well. Fit my feet great - I have average width toe box/feet bordering wide by the end of the day. Strap across toes felt comfortable. Ankle strap fastens with Velcro, which I missed in the description. Velcro is easier to get ankle straps on/off, but will wear down with time/dirt. And it's not the look I am going for. The ankle strap is very thick and it presses on my ankle while I walked around my apartment. The shoe was also a little clunky for me while walking, but this shoe would be comfortable if you're just standing in one place all day. I'm not sure if I could stand walking more than a few blocks straight in these, so returning.
