I love Franco Sarto with the softer leather. These are firmer, but not super hard leather. Some of the brand can have very hard uppers, but these are nice and very well-made. They will last a long time I do have bunions and I wear these easily. They’re very comfy. Great leather!
I love the style and comfort of this boot. I can also say that I’m in love with most Franco Sarto footwear. It can be worn with so many outfits, including casual dresses. The olive brown is an excellent color which goes with a lot of outfit colors. I’m. So glad I got these as I’m kind of done purchasing high heal shoes and boots anymore.
They are perfect! The leather is great quality. These boots fit true to size for me. Very comfortable and stylish. There is room at the ankle if you are wearing jeans that aren't super fitted at the ankle. I've worn them with jeans and with a bit of a longer skirt and they looked so cute with both. Love the subtle detail on the sides. Definitely happy with this purchase!
Ordered usual size but probably could have gone down at least a half size, the toe area seems large. No big deal, I just wear thicker socks. They are comfortable and nice looking. However after wearing one time I noticed the leather has crease marks and discoloration from squatting down and regular movements. Not sure if that's normal or if it will get worse but I do really like them.
Very pretty boot. The fit however did not work for my particular foot. Well made and expensive looking.

These boots arrived in perfect condition. I have had these since 1/15/24 (2 months) and have probably worn them ten times total. The heel has completely fallen apart. It's seems like it's a pressed cardboard heel. This is certainly not the quality I've come to expect from Franco Sarto. I own about 15 other pairs of this brand that I've had for YEARS and they still are all in near perfect condition.I emailed Franco Sarto via their website and provided photos. Their response was, "We're sorry to learn that your Linc boots have not held up as expected. We’re happy to say, we stand behind our products and offer refunds for defective items through our Defective Return Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with repairs, nor send replacement parts or shoes. We apologize for any disappointment caused."In reading their policy, I am able to send the boots to their factory at my expense and their quality assurance team will decide whether a refund is warranted. They want me to send these back to them so they can decide whether to issue a refund. They are not willing to send a replacement pair or replacement heels. That does not seem like standing behind their product to me.I am VERY disappointed in the quality of the product and more so in the quality of their customer service. I will no longer purchase this brand, which is a shame, as it has become one of my favorites.
